If you’re like me, you are a huge Stephen Colbert fan, and you watch it no matter who is on. That doesn’t stop me from being excited when someone that I already know I like is a guest, though, and when I saw that Cee Lo was going to be invited to perform his latest hit, I got a big jolt.
I’ll, er, refrain from posting the lyrics to this particular song for reasons which will be obvious to anyone who is a Cee Lo fan, but let’s just say that it is an extremely catchy song. To quote Colbert, it’s a “bone-deep hook”.
So there I am, watching and waiting for Cee Lo to start singing, and what should I see but this:
Hmm, I see Colbert, I see Cee Lo… ENHANCE!
Okay that’s nice and close, but move it to the left. Way left! Look at that.. it’s our very own Avatar logo on Cee Lo’s bass cabinet!
Oh yeah, Cee Lo used our gear on a run of dates that included the Colbert Report, not to mention a little show called Late Night with David Letterman. We are tickled pink that he thought of us. Check out one last screenshot of the Report with our logo visible.
